Using Studio

These Terms govern your use of the Studio app and website, provided by Ohm Labs, Inc. (“we,” “us,” and “our”). By using Studio, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Studio for an organization, you must have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use Studio. You must use it lawfully, respect others’ rights, and keep your account credentials secure. We and our licensors retain ownership of Studio.

Your work and connected services

You keep any rights you have in the code and other content you provide through Studio. You allow us to process that content only as needed to provide Studio. Your use of coding agents and connected services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for the content, instructions, and permissions you provide to Studio and connected services.

AI-generated work may contain errors. Agents can run commands, modify or delete files, and take actions in connected services. Review their work and keep backups.

Availability and fees

Studio updates automatically. We may change or discontinue features. We may also suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, to address security risks, or to meet legal requirements. You can stop using Studio at any time. We will tell you about any fees and get your agreement before charging you. Connected services may charge separately.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Studio is provided “as is,” without warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability arising out of or relating to Studio or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for Studio in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and courts

California law governs these Terms, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes arising from Studio or these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. This does not limit any consumer protections or rights to bring claims in other courts that apply under mandatory law.

Privacy, changes, and contact

We describe our data practices in our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes through Studio, our website, or email before those changes take effect. If you have questions about these Terms, contact hello@withstudio.ai.
